Each magnet is cut, sanded, and engraved by hand, so please allow 3–5 business days for us to make your order before it ships.

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as it's on its way.
What are the magnets made of?
Basswood, laser-cut and hand-finished. Each one has a strong magnet set into the back, so it's suitable for any magnetic surfaces.
Can I get a custom breed or profession made?

What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 5 days of delivery with a photo of the damage, and we'll sort out a replacement or refund.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes, we do accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
